Becerra as Chairman of
Chihuahua, Chihuahua, April 2
, 2013 ‐ Grupo Cementos de Chihuahua, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV:
GCC*) (the Company) informs that at the annual shareholders meeting held on April 24, 2013, Federico Terrazas Becerra was appointed Chairman of the Board.
Federico
Terrazas Becerra substitutes his
father, Federico Terrazas Torres, who held the
appointment since
Directors of GCC.
1976. Mr.
Terrazas Torres is continuing as
a member
of the Board of
Federico Terrazas Becerra has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1991, and he is
also member of the Board of
Directors
of several
other Companies. Mr.
Terrazas holds a
Bachelor's Degree and a Master´s Degree in Business Administration from ITESM. Additionally he completed the Owner/President Management Program Unit I at Harvard Business School.
