Grupo Financiero Banorte, S.A.B. de C.V. (GFNorte) informs the investor community that, on July 6 of the present year, S&P Global Ratings revised the outlook on Banco Mercantil del Nortes, S.A. (Banorte) global scale ratings to stable from negative, following the recently revised outlook for Mxico to stable for its long- term ratings, and the banks stand-alone credit factors assessment and potential group support.
GFNorte reiterates to the investment community its continued commitment towards adopting the best international practices regarding corporate governance and information disclosure.
