Grupo Posadas, S.A.B. de C.V. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 2,293.25 million compared to MXN 1,933.59 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 146.49 million compared to MXN 227.38 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.3 compared to MXN 0.45 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.3 compared to MXN 0.45 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was MXN 4,294.39 million compared to MXN 3,321.06 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 163.48 million compared to net loss of MXN 431.48 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.33 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of MXN 0.88 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.33 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of MXN 0.88 a year ago.
