GT Capital Holdings, Inc. announced that on November 10, 2023 Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors, the Board appointed Mr. Jesus G. Chua, Jr., as the Executive Vice President ("EVP") for Finance. In the same meeting, and in connection with the resignation of Mr. Leo Paul C. Maagma as the Chief Audit Executive ("CAE") of GT Capital, the Board appointed his replacement, Ms. Cheryll Berces Sereno, as the new CAE.
GT Capital Holdings, Inc. is a Philippines-based company, which has interests in businesses across banking, property development, infrastructure and utilities, automotive assembly, importation, wholesaling, dealership, and financing, and life and non-life insurance.
