GT Capital Holdings, Inc. informed the resignation of Leo Paul C. Maagma, as Vice President and Chief Audit Executive of the Corporation, effective on July 14, 2023. The Corporation aims to appoint a new CAE as soon as possible, and shall submit the relevant disclosure at the appropriate time.
