The Board of Directors of GT Capital Holdings, Inc. ("GT Capital"), at its regular meeting held on 13 March 2024, approved Cash Dividends of PHP 8.00/share (PHP 6.00 regular, payable on semi-annual basis and PHP 2.00 as special dividends), amounting PHP 1,722,276,696.00, in favor of GT Capital's common stockholders of record, to be taken from GT Capital's Unrestricted Retained Earnings (URE) as of 31 December 2023. Record Date is March 27, 2024, and Payment Date is April 12, 2024.
