Yang Guofen entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire a 5.06% stake in Guangdong Guoli Sci & Tech Co., Ltd. (SZSE : 300716) from Dongguan Yonglu Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. for CNY 64.2 million on March 7, 2022. The consideration comprises of a deposit of CNY 3 million within three working days after signing agreement, 40% consisting of CNY 25.66 million within 3 trading days after obtaining the confirmation letter of share agreement transfer from Shenzhen Stock Exchange or no objection and remaining CNY 37.492 million at completion. Post transaction, Yang Guofen will hold 5.06% stake in Guangdong Guoli Sci & Tech Co. and Dongguan Yonglu Industrial Investment's shareholding will reduce from 39.78% to 34.71%.
