Guangdong Songfa Ceramics Co.,Ltd. (SHSE : 603268) agreed to acquire a 76.92% stake in Anhui EVPS Power Battery Co., Ltd. from EVPS Ningbo Energy Storage System Co., Ltd. on June 11, 2023. Pursuant to the transaction, Guangdong Songfa intends to acquire no less than 51% and more than 76.92% stake in Anhui EVPS. The transaction is subject to the formal agreement and due diligence review.
