Luo Yuheng and Ma Lijun agreed to acquire an additional 3.1% stake in Guangzhou Mingshi Education Co.,Ltd. from Guangdong Songfa Ceramics Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:603268) for CNY 23.9 million on October 20, 2020. Under the terms of the deal, 0.37 million shares will be acquired at an offer per share of CNY 64.65. The transaction has been unanimously agreed by the partners.
Luo Yuheng and Ma Lijun completed the acquisition of an additional 3.1% stake in Guangzhou Mingshi Education Co.,Ltd. from Guangdong Songfa Ceramics Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:603268) on December 1, 2020. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Directors of Guangdong Songfa Ceramics on December 1, 2020.
Guangdong Songfa Ceramics Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, production and sales of porcelains, as well as the provision of related services. The Companyâs main products include household porcelains, fine porcelains and ceramic bottles. Its household porcelains mainly include home porcelain, hotel and restaurant porcelain. The Company owns the porcelain brand of Songfa. The Company also provides live online education services. The Company is also involved in the sales open classes, as well as the broadcasting platform business. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
