G.N.TECH Master Secondary Investment Fund, a fund of G.N.TECH Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and Shinhan Investment Corp. acquired an additional 2.98% stake in Ha U Dong Chun Co., Ltd. from Dsv Super Return Venture Fund 2, a fund of Ds Ventures Co., Ltd. for KRW 2.2 billion on May 12, 2016. G.N.TECH Master Secondary Investment Fund and Shinhan Investment Corp. acquired 0.2 million shares each at KRW 5500 per share. After the transaction, Dsv Super Return Venture Fund 2 holds 0.4 million shares of Ha U Dong Chun Co., Ltd.
