Hanyu Group Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. announced that the Company held its 2nd Extraordinary General Meeting of 2023 on 15 September 2023, during which 2023 interim profit distribution plan was approved as follows: Cash dividend/10 shares (tax included): CNY 1.30000000.
Hanyu Group Joint-Stock Co., Ltd., formerly Jiangmen iDear-Hanyu Electrical Joint-Stock Co., Ltd., is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, production and sale of drainage pumps for household appliances. The Company's main products include universal drainage pumps, dedicated drainage pumps, condensate pumps and washing cycle pumps. The Company's products are mainly used in tube washing machines, dishwashers, agitated washing machines, condensing dryers and some of the pulsator washing machines. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is also involved in the sale of spa toilets, as well as the development, production, sale and application services of special engineering plastics poly aryl ether sulfone. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
