The board of directors of Harbin Bank Co., Ltd. announced that on 28 December 2020, the Board has resolved and approved the following changes in composition of Board committees as follows, each with effect from 28 December 2020: Mr. Zhao has been appointed as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Evaluation Committee; Mr. Zhang has been appointed as a member of the Risk Management and Related Transactions Control Committee and the Consumer Rights Protection Committee; Mr. Yu has been appointed as a member of the Development Strategy Committee; Mr. Lang has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee; and Ms. Sun Feixia, an executive director of the Bank, has ceased to be a member of the Consumer Rights Protection Committee.
