Haus Talk, Inc. announced that at its board meeting held on March 28, 2022, the board approved the resignation of Ms. Noemi D. Madlambayan as corporate secretary and her appointment as VP for Purchasing and Assistant Corporate Secretary, all effective April 1, 2022. The appointment of the incumbent Asst. Corporate Secretary Atty.
Lyra Gracia Y. Lipae-Fabella to replace Ms. Noemi D. Madlambayan as Corporate Secretary, also effective April 1, 2022.
