Haus Talk, Inc. reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2023. For the first quarter, the company reported revenue was PHP 157.2 million compared to PHP 192.09 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 33.72 million compared to PHP 45.83 million a year ago.
Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.013 compared to PHP 0.018 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.013 compared to PHP 0.018 a year ago.
Haus Talk, Inc. is a Philippines-based company, which is engaged in the business of general construction and building of all kinds of houses, homes, building structures, edifices of all kinds whatsoever, roads, bridges, and in general, all kinds of vertical and all horizontal construction work, including subdivision. The Company's primary purpose is to invest in real estate, more specifically to acquire land, engage in land and housing development and participate in the governmentâs mass housing program.
