Haus Talk, Inc. reported earnings results for the half year ended June 30, 2023. For the half year, the company reported revenue was PHP 387.9 million compared to PHP 385.72 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 77.23 million compared to PHP 85.21 million a year ago.
Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.031 compared to PHP 0.034 a year ago.
Haus Talk, Inc. is a Philippines-based company, which is engaged in the business of general construction and building of all kinds of houses, homes, building structures, edifices of all kinds whatsoever, roads, bridges, and in general, all kinds of vertical and all horizontal construction work, including subdivision. The Company's primary purpose is to invest in real estate, more specifically to acquire land, engage in land and housing development and participate in the governmentâs mass housing program. Its properties include Eastview Residences, Eastview Premiere, Eastview Condominium, Celestis 1, Celestis 2, 50 Jocson Residences, The Granary, Southview Homes Sta. Rosa, Southview Homes Calendola, Southview Homes 2-Extension, Costa Aurea and Winn Residences. The WINN residences project is a residential condominium project located at Sitio Veterans, Barangay Bagong Silangan, Quezon City. Its subsidiaries include Tradition Homes, Inc. and Lifestyle Development Corporation.
