The board of directors of Hawkins Cookers Limited at its meeting held on May 24, 2023, recommended payment of dividend of INR 100 per equity share of the face value of INR 10 per Equity Share for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, to the shareholders - subject to the approval of the shareholders at the upcoming 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on August 9, 2023. The said dividend shall be paid latest by September 8, 2023.
