HealthStream, Inc. announced that Michael D. Shmerling notified HealthStream, Inc. (the “Company”) that he has decided not to stand for re-election to the Company's Board of Directors (the “Board”) as a Class II director at the Company's 2023 annual meeting of stockholders and to retire from service on the Board effective concurrently with this annual meeting. Mr. Shmerling's decision not to stand for re-election and retire from the Board is not the result of any disagreement with the Company.
