Crosstree Real Estate Partners LLP agreed to acquire a property at 183-213 Old Street, London EC1 from Helical Bar plc (LSE:HLCL) and Crosstree Real Estate Partners LLP for £23 million on November 19, 2015. In a related transaction, Helical will acquire an unknown stake in The Bower development from Helical Bar plc (LSE:HLCL) and Crosstree Real Estate Partners LLP for approximately £250 million. Helical will acquire 207 Old Street Unit Trust and 211 Old Street Unit Trust and dispose of its interest in the Old Street Retail Unit Trust, the asset owning entities, for a combined net £76 million payment to Crosstree, plus refinancing the existing external debt of £88 million. The property generated rent of £0.92 million.
