As Heng Leasing and Capital Public Company Limited ( "the Company") has placed the Initial Public Offering ( "IPO") on October 6-8, 2021 at the amount of 800,837,300 shares, the par value of IPO is 1.95 Baht, and registered the ordinary shares from capital increase raised to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on October 19, 2021. The Company has received total capital increase at the amount 1,561.63 Million Baht. After deduction distribution and underwriter fees as well as other expenses incurred
from this offering, the balance is in the amount of 1,504.8 Million Baht.
The Company would like to
