Holcim Ltd (SWX:HOLN) entered into an agreement to acquire Heinrich Teufel GmbH & Co KG on July 6, 2021. Heinrich Teufel GmbH & Co.KG will continue to operate under the Heinrich Teufel name for the time being. The transaction is subject to antitrust regulations.
