Vinx Corp. (TSE:3784) entered into an agreement to acquire additional 43.5% stake in Holon Co.,Ltd. on August 4, 2022. As per the transaction, Vinx Corp.

already holds 9.7% stake in Holon Co.,Ltd. The transaction is expected to close on August 24, 2022.
