Business Summary

Homeritz Corporation Berhad is a Malaysia-based upholstered home furniture manufacturer. The Company is engaged in the business of designing, manufacturing and selling of upholstery furniture products in Malaysia. The Company is principally an integrated original design manufacturer (ODM) and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) that produces a range of upholstered home furniture products, comprising leather and fabric-based sofas, dining chairs and bed frames. As an ODM, the Company designs and manufactures furniture for sale to its customers. As an OEM, the Company manufactures furniture based on the designs provided to it. The Company's customers are overseas wholesalers and retailers. The Company has exported its products to more than 40 countries across the world covering Europe, Australasia, North and South America, Asia, and Africa. Its subsidiaries include Home Upholstery Industries Sdn. Bhd., Homeours Sdn. Bhd., Home Newcastle Sdn. Bhd. and Eritz Sdn. Bhd.
