Horizon Bancorp, Inc. reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2023. For the fourth quarter, the company reported net interest income was USD 42.26 million compared to USD 48.78 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 25.22 million compared to net income of USD 21.17 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.58 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.49 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.58 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.48 a year ago.
For the full year, net interest income was USD 175.74 million compared to USD 199.52 million a year ago. Net income was USD 27.98 million compared to USD 93.41 million a year ago.
