Xuanwu Cohesion No. 3 Private Securities Investment Fund, managed by Hangzhou Xuanwu Investment Management Co., Ltd agreed to acquire a 5.1% stake in Hubei Century Network Technology Inc. from Lai Chunlin for approximately CNY 140 million.

Xuanwu Cohesion No. 3 Private Securities Investment Fund, managed by Hangzhou Xuanwu Investment Management Co., Ltd agreed to acquire a 5.1% stake in Hubei Century Network Technology Inc. (SZSE:300494) from Lai Chunlin for approximately CNY 140 million on May 9, 2022. The consideration will be paid in cash. Lai Chunlin will transfer 13,600,000 shares at CNY 10.65 per share.
