Human Creation Holdings, Inc. (TSE:7361) agreed to acquire TARA Co., Ltd. from Shota Iwasaki, Masaya Hirano, Haruhiko Adachi and Kazutoshi Tani on December 28, 2023. The transaction is expected to complete on February 1, 2024.
Human Creation Holdings Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in engineer dispatch business through its subsidiaries. The Companyâs main business is the system solution service business. The system solution service business is an engineer dispatch business that participates in development projects such as in-house system construction for companies entrusted via major customers, and it develops and maintains systems based on the resident of engineers at client companies. In addition, the Company also builds a system directly entrusted by the end user who is the user of the system.
