Human Creation Holdings, Inc. (TSE:7361) signed a contract to acquire HumanBase co. ltd from Toshiaki Takano and Masaya Yashin for ¥370 million on August 11, 2021. Human Creation will acquire 800 shares as 94.75% from Toshiaki Takano and 5.25% from Masaya Yashin. For year ended September 2020, HumanBase had total assets worth ¥101 million, net assets worth ¥85 million, sales of ¥170 million, net income of ¥12 million and business profit of ¥16 million.
