Reference is further made to the stock exchange announcement published27 March 2024 regarding the shareholder requested extraordinary general meeting to be held for the purpose of resolving on election of new members of the Company's board of directors, against the nomination committee's proposal. The extraordinary general meeting will be held on22 April 2024 at 17:30. The notice of the extraordinary general meeting will be published later today. The Company's board of directors hereby announces that the annual general meeting will be held on22 April 2024 at16:30 CEST (and not on29 April 2024 at10:00 CEST , as previously communicated). The date of the annual general meeting is moved forward in order to ensure an effective, same day handling of the items on the agenda of both the annual general meeting and the extraordinary general meeting. The agenda of the annual general meeting remains unchanged. Further, the board of directors' and the nomination committee's proposed resolutions remains unchanged.
