Hyosung Chemical Corporation announced a private placement to issue 601,685 common shares at an issue price of KRW 83,100 for the gross proceeds of KRW 50,000,023,500 on October 12, 2023. The transaction will include participation from new investor Hyosung Corporation. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company.
