Zhuhai Gree Group Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 5.9% stake in Guangzhou Improve Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300030) from Deng Guanhua for approximately CNY 270 million on June 23, 2021. Zhuhai Gree Group Co., Ltd. will become the shareholder with highest proportion of voting rights oh 10.86% in the Guangzhou Improve Medical Instruments.
