Artis Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A101140) announced a private placement of 4,665,629 shares at KRW 3,215 per share for gross proceeds of 14,999,997,235 on December 19, 2018. The transaction will include participation from new investor BTC Holding Company Co., Ltd. The shares are issued shares through a third party allotment method. The securities issued are subject to a one year hold period. The shares will be issued at a premium having a face value of KRW 500. The transaction is expected to close by February 28, 2019. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
