indie Semiconductor, Inc. announced on April 16, 2024, Peter Kight notified the company that he will retire from the board of directors of the company (the board) and will not stand for reelection at the company's 2024 annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Kight will remain a director of the company until the company?s 2024 annual meeting of stockholders, scheduled for June 13, 2024. Mr. Kight?s decision to not stand for reelection was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
