On March 31, 2017, IB joint hands with Letv Holdings to hold a press conference in Beijing, on which they announced to launch the TV 'Family Bank' and move the bank into all families. This product provides 'product supermarket, VOD, video live broadcast, video customer service' and other bank services for users through Letv televisions, Letv STBs and other terminals. According to introductions, 'Family Bank' is a multimedia financial service platform built by IB for retail customers based on smart TV. It successfully achieves the transition from 'the bank right in front of my door' to 'the bank right in my house' and extends financial services to all families. Moreover, it links bank products, technologies, channels and procedures, realizes multi-screen linkage and opens up a new mode of domestic retail banking channels and services. 'This is a breakthrough innovation made by our bank by following the development trend of network television, intensifying the mix of finance and technologies, and combining the large-screen interaction technology and O2O scenarios. It facilitates more financial consumers and Internet users to enjoy quality and convenient financial services at home.' said Chen Jinguang, the Vice President of IB.

The reporter found out from his on-site experience that the 'Product Supermarket' in IB's 'Family Bank' uses texts, pictures, voices and other multimedia forms to introduce financial products, including Enjoyable Deposit, wealth management products, credit card, Industrial Treasure, fund, physical gold and many others. It also provides QR codes for buying products or applying for credit cards. Users can also communicate with customer service personnel via online video.The reporter clicked a random product and was linked into a QR code picture. After scanning the code with the mobile phone, the report was navigated to the direct sale page of IB and can buy the product with an easy click.If a customer wants to know more about the product or has any question during the purchase, he/she can talk to and communicate with IB remote customer service personnel on the video by clicking the 'Video Customer Service' button. As for large-sum or complicated transactions that have to be made on the counter, the customers can locate the nearest IB outlet by clicking the 'Head for An Outlet to Buy' button. The abundant product portfolio, convenient operation and great user experience enable the reporter to truly feel how financial technologies simplify our life.

While providing customers with convenient services, the Family Bank also serves as an innovative channel for the integrated marketing of IB.Through 'VOD' and 'Video Live Broadcast' functions, IB introduces products and services, shares research results, promotes new products in the form of video.
