The Management Board of Indykpol S.A. informs that on December 15, 2015 received information on the basis of an article 160 of an Act on Trading in Financial Instruments of July 29, 2005 (Journal of Law of 2014 year no 94). The Supervisory Board Member informed that he acquired 270 common shares of Indykpol S.A. between November 21, 2015 and December 11, 2015. The transaction has been concluded on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange at the ordinary exchange session. Detailed information is in the annex.

The announcing person is obliged to provide information concerning contracted transactions in Indykpol's shares due to the fact that holds the position of the member of the Supervisory Board. The obliged person did not agree to make public personal details.

Indykpol SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the meat processing. The Company's business is divided into three segments, including Meat processing, Livestock and Feeds production. Meet processing segment offers poultry and processed goods. It specializes in turkey rearing, poultry processing, wholesale and retail sale of whole poultry birds and poultry elements. The Company's product line includes different types of sausages, frankfurters, hams, pies, as well as turkey, chicken and goose meat products, such as wings, breasts and thighs, among others.
