The Management Board of ING Bank Śląski S.A. hereby give notice that on 24 March 2016 Mr Diederik van Wassenaer tendered his resignation to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ING Bank Śląski S.A. from his capacity as Member of the ING Bank Śląski S.A. Supervisory Board, effective as of 31 March 2016.
Mr Diederik van Wassenaer cited other responsibilities he was entrusted with at ING Group as the reason for his resignation.
