Inission AB announced that it expects to receive SEK 88.32 million in funding from Lars Wingefors AB, Creades AB, Handelsbanken Asset Management, JCE Group AB

Inission AB (publ) (OM:INISS B) announced a private placement of 960,000 series B shares at a price of SEK 92 per share for gross proceeds of SEK 88,320,000 on September 29, 2020. The transaction will include participation from existing investor Lars Wingefors AB and new investors Creades AB (OM:CRED A), Handelsbanken Fonder AB and JCE Group AB. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
