Intco Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300677) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase shares up to CNY 500 million worth of its A shares. The repurchase price does not exceed CNY 34.38 per share. The shares repurchased will be used for employee stock ownership plans and/or equity incentives. The repurchases will be funded by company's own funds. The program will be valid for 12 months.
On June 7, 2023, the company announced that it has adjusted its repurchase price from CNY 34.38 per share to CNY 34.28 per share.
