An undisclosed Tokyo based company agreed to acquire additional 11.1% stake in Intellex Co., Ltd. (TSE:8940) from undisclosed individual on April 17, 2015. Following the transaction, the buyer will increase its stake from 26.76% to 37.86% and seller will decrease its stake from 11.63 to 0.53% in Intellex Co., Ltd. The deal is expected to close on April 20, 2015.

INTELLEX Co., Ltd. is primarily engaged in the real estate business. The Company operates through two business segments. The Pre-owned Condominium Renovation and Distribution segment is engaged in the purchase, renovation and sale of condominiums in the Tokyo metropolitan area, including Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama and Chiba Prefectures. The Other Real Estate Business segment is engaged in the real estate related business such as the trading and leasing of buildings, detached houses and land lots, sales of small-lot real estate commercialization, as well as renovation interior contracting business.
