(Reuters) - Britain's Royal Mail, owned by International Distribution Services Plc, said on Monday it has offered a new conditional pay hike totalling 9% to grade employees of its largest labour union, the Communication Workers Union.
The offer includes a 7% salary increase over two years, plus a lump sum payment of 2% of pay this year, the company said in a statement.
