INTRED S.P.A.: TURNOVER FOR THE FIRST SIX MONTHS OF 2023

RISES TO € 24.5 MILLION, AN INCREASE OF 7.3%

STRONG INCREASE OF THE PROPRIETARY NETWORK THAT

EXCEEDS 10,600 KM

MORE THAN 2,800 SCHOOLS ACTIVATED

Brescia, 3 August 2023 - The Board of Directors of Intred S.p.A. ("Intred" or the "Company"), a telecommunications operator listed on the EGM market of Borsa Italiana (ITD.MI) since July 2018, met today to examine the unaudited turnover for the period ending 30 June, which amounted to € 24.5 million, up 7.3% compared to the same period last year.

Daniele Peli, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Intred S.p.A., commented: "The first half of the year closed with a very positive growth in turnover which reflects the efforts made by the Company in the development of the proprietary fiber optic network throughout Lombardy and in the activation of FTTH users. While the province of Brescia continues to be the most important area for Intred, followed by Bergamo and Milan, the most significant growths, in absolute value, are recorded in the provinces of Como, Lodi, Pavia, Sondrio and Varese, areas where we have always had a marginal presence. From these provinces we expect significant growth in the future, also thanks to the launch of new marketing and communication activities. The recent agreements signed with the companies "This Is Ideal" and "Promotica", aimed at improving the brand reputation and market positioning, go in this direction".

The increase in turnover was mainly supported by sales of fibre-optic connections, up by 12.3 per cent compared to the same period last year.

Growth was mainly driven by services with recurring fees, the company's core business, which accounted for around 86.0% of sales, or € 20.8 million.

As to geographies, the most significant growth, in absolute terms, was reported in the provinces of Como, Lodi, Pavia, Sondrio e Varese. Thanks to the Schools Tenders, Intred is vigorously supporting the expansion of sales in provinces where it had a limited presence, especially in the local PA sector and the professional sector.

Regarding the type of customer, the greatest growth came from sales in the public administration sector, with an increase of 28.0%. Sales in the professional sector also performed very well.

The churn rate on sales remained at an excellent level of 4.4%, confirming the high level of customer loyalty to the company.

Regarding the School Tender, as at 30 June 2023, over 2,800 schools had been activated, of which 2,700 related to the first tender, equal to 68.2% of the total, and over 120 schools related to the second tender, equal to 9.8% of the total, for a total turnover produced in the semester of € 4.2 million.

The owned fibre-optic network grew by 12.6%, from 9,500 km as at 31 December 2022 to over 10,600 km as at June 2023.
