INTRED AND THE UNIVERSITY OF BRESCIA TOGETHER TO

DRAFT THE FIRST SUSTAINABILITY REPORT

Brescia, 2 February 2023 - Intred S.p.A. ("Intred" or the "Company"), a telecommunications operator listed on the EGM market of Borsa Italiana (ITD.MI) since July 2018, announces that it has started work on the preparation and publication of the Company's first Sustainability Report to account for its activities in the area of ESG (Environment - Social - Governance) sustainability pursuant to the principles of the UN 2030 agenda. In order to make Sustainability an integral part of the company, the Company has appointed an internal multidisciplinary team that will follow the issue.

The drafting of the Sustainability Report (or "Report") will be the result of close collaboration between the internal team and a team of experts from the University of Brescia who have drawn up an ad hoc project for the Company. The work will take place throughout 2023. The University team, made up of 5 people, will be coordinated by Prof. Mariasole Bannò - Engineer, Professor of Economics and Business Management at the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering (DIMI) of the University of Brescia, President of the Gender Commission of the University of Brescia and Equality Manager for Cost Action CA20101 - and led by Dr. Tommaso Fornasari, research fellow at the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Brescia. Engineer Marco Traversi, Engineer Chiara Leggerini and Dr. Andrea Franzoni will also be part of the team.

The Sustainability Report will become a governance tool for the Company and will contain all the elements that describe the company's commitment to a sustainable business model on an economic, environmental and social level.

Indeed, the in-depth knowledge of the company's business environment that can be achieved through the preparation of a Report represents a valid tool to support corporate governance choices; furthermore, it will facilitate the communication of the numerous social and environmental activities already implemented.
