Inventec Besta Co.,Ltd announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 237.292 million compared to TWD 310.303 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 25.558 million compared to TWD 19.453 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 25.537 million compared to TWD 11.156 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.41 compared to TWD 0.18 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 523.427 million compared to TWD 659.636 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 28.947 million compared to TWD 32.801 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 24.658 million compared to TWD 13.891 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.4 compared to TWD 0.22 a year ago.
INVENTEC BESTA Co., LTD. is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of computer dictionaries, leaning machines and related digital products. The Companyâs products mainly include game and learning machines, electronic components, integrated circuit (IC) cards, personal digital assistants (PDAs), global positioning system (GPS) products and audio products, among others. The Company is also engaged in the provision of related maintenance, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and original design manufacturer (ODM) services.
