Inventec Besta Co.,Ltd reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 175.11 million compared to TWD 244.68 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 20.89 million compared to net income of TWD 182.21 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.34 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 2.92 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.34 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 2.88 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 349.92 million compared to TWD 460.3 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 40.28 million compared to net income of TWD 168.54 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.65 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 2.7 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.65 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 2.66 a year ago.
INVENTEC BESTA Co., LTD. is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of computer dictionaries, leaning machines and related digital products. The Companyâs products mainly include game and learning machines, electronic components, integrated circuit (IC) cards, personal digital assistants (PDAs), global positioning system (GPS) products and audio products, among others. The Company is also engaged in the provision of related maintenance, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and original design manufacturer (ODM) services.
