iPeople Inc. announced that it has declared dividend of PHP 0.06 per common share or 6% cash dividend on the outstanding common shares of 748,933,221 for a total amount of PHP 44,935,993.26. Record date as July 31, 2014 and payment date is August 22, 2014.
The company appointed Atty. Ma. Elvira Bernadette C. Garcia-Gonzalez as Asst. Corporate Secretary.
