IS DongSeo Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A010780) acquired a 55% stake in Golden Eco Co., Ltd. from INSUN Environmental New Technology Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A060150) for KRW 2 billion on June 2, 2021. Under the transaction, IS DongSeo acquired 0.066671 million shares of Golden Eco Co., Ltd. at a price of KRW 29,260 per share.
IS DongSeo Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A010780) completed the acquisition of a 55% stake in Golden Eco Co., Ltd. from INSUN Environmental New Technology Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A060150) on June 2, 2021.
IS Dongseo Co Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the construction business. The Company operates its business through seven segments. Construction segment is engaged in the construction of apartments, villas, schools, museums, leisure facilities, residential-commercial complexes and others. Ceramic Industry segment manufactures and sells tiles, sanitary wares and bidets.
