Itcen Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A124500) agreed to acquire 50.1% stake in Goodsen Technology Co. Ltd. for KRW 9.5 billion in cash on July 10, 2015. ITCen Co will acquire 0.56 million share in Goodsen Technology Co Ltd. Goodsen Technology reported total assets of KRW 19.11 billion, total stockholders' equity of KRW 17.68 billion, sales revenue of KRW 8.53 billion and net profit of KRW 334 million as of the year 2014. The deal was resolved by Board of Directors of Itcen on July 10, 2015 and is expected to close by July 27, 2015.
