ITD Cementation India Limited Proposes Dividend for the Financial Year Ended March 31, 2021, Payable on October 5, 2021

ITD Cementation India Limited at its AGM to be held on September 22, 2021, proposed to declare a dividend of INR 0.12 per equity share of INR 1 each (12%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2021. The register of members and the share transfer books of the company will remain closed from, September 16, 2021, to September 22, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM and for determining the names of members eligible for dividend on equity shares, if declared at the AGM. The dividend, if any, that may be declared at the meeting will be paid on October 5, 2021.
