Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

IWG plc ('IWG' or the 'Group'), the global operator of leading co-work and workspace companies, has appointed Eric Hageman as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from 1^st January 2019. Eric has acted as interim CFO for the Group since 12th September 2018.

Eric brings highly relevant knowledge and experience from his previous positions as CFO at a number of leading listed companies. In addition, Eric is already familiar with IWG from his role as interim CFO and having provided consultancy services to the Group in the past.

Doug Sutherland, Chairman of IWG said, 'Eric has performed strongly as interim CFO and will be an excellent long-term addition to the management team. Biography of Eric Hageman

Eric Hageman has almost 25 years' experience in financial, operational and strategy roles. Eric previously served as Chief Financial Officer at a number of leading listed companies including TeleCity Group PLC in the UK and Royal KPN NV, the leading communications group in the Netherlands. Eric began his career in the banking sector, working at ABN Amro and Deutsche Bank. He holds a Masters degree in Business Economics from Maastricht University in the Netherlands and a MBA from London Business School.
