James Halstead’s Intention To Make An Offer For Airea Extended

James Halstead plc (AIM:JHD) intention to make an offer for AIREA plc (AIM:AIEA) has been extended by the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers. The panel has extended the deadline by 21 days, until May 23, 2018, in accordance with Rule 2.6(c) of the Code.
