Many of the kaiseki components are seasonal, intricately prepared cha-kaiseki or casual kaiseki sets, artfully made in Emirates dedicated Japanese kitchen. Dishes may include kinpira renkon, saba kinuta maki roll, roasted seabass yuanyaki with simmered carrot, takenoko, blanched sugar snap peas and dashi sauce, myoga amazu pickled ginger and baby peach, daikon and nametake oroshi with wolfberry or tori shoga gohan chicken and ginger rice. Emirates also serves Japanese Sencha tea and Nanbu Bijin Tokubetsu Junmai sake onboard.
