Atty. Laurinda R. Rogero has no beneficial ownership over any shares of JGS. Atty. Laurinda Rogero is currently Vice President for Compliance of JG Summit Holdings, Inc.'s General Counsel Group, a role she has held since May 2017. Prior to joining JGS, she was Vice President & Head of the Anti-Money Laundering Department under the Legal and Regulatory Affairs Group of RCBC. She also served as Legal Associate in ACCRA Law and as Court Attorney in the Supreme Court under Associate Justice Consuelo Ynares-Santiago. Atty. Rogero holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines and a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2004.
